AppealForge provides AI-generated Plan of Action letters and suspension diagnostics to help marketplace sellers craft their own appeals. By using AppealForge, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in connection with genuine marketplace account appeals.
• Not submit false, misleading, or fabricated information to generate an appeal.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract AppealForge's underlying models or data.
• Not use AppealForge to create content that violates any applicable law or the terms of service of any marketplace.

AppealForge reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these terms.

AppealForge is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any generated Plan of Action letter will result in account reinstatement. Marketplace reinstatement decisions are made solely by the marketplace (Amazon, Etsy, eBay, or other platforms) and are outside AppealForge's control.

AI-generated output may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and submitting any letter generated by AppealForge.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AppealForge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of account standing, or lost business opportunity arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of AppealForge shall not exceed the amount you paid to AppealForge in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Jurisdiction and venue are to be determined pending final legal review prior to commercial launch.
