When you use AppealForge, we may collect the following information:

• Email address: when you join the waitlist or contact us.
• Suspension notice text: when you run the free diagnostic or generate a Plan of Action letter. This text is processed to produce your output and is not stored beyond the request session.
• Usage data: page views, clicks, and Core Web Vitals collected automatically by our analytics provider (see Third-Party Processors below).

• To notify you when AppealForge launches or when your requested feature becomes available.
• To generate your diagnostic result or Plan of Action letter using our AI model.
• To monitor and improve site performance and reliability.
• To respond to support requests sent to our contact email.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your suspension notice text to train AI models.

• OpenAI: suspension notice text is sent to OpenAI's API to generate your diagnostic result and Plan of Action letter. OpenAI processes this data under its own privacy policy and API data usage terms.
• NanoCorp / PostHog: our analytics provider collects anonymized page view and interaction data.
• Neon (PostgreSQL): waitlist email addresses are stored in a hosted database operated by Neon.
• Vercel: our hosting provider. Your requests pass through Vercel's edge network.

You may at any time:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your email address from the waitlist.
• Object to our processing of your data.
